    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How many people do your platters serve?
    From our "Online Order Page," small platters serve 25 guests while large platters serve 60-65 guests.
  • What is the pricing for your "Sample Menus"?
    Please give us a call at 917-375-1991 if you are interested in one of our Sample Menus. These menus are typically for in-service jobs. Pricing is largely based on the number of guests and menu selection.
  • Can I visit your location to place an order or ask questions?
    Unfortunately, no. We work out of a shared commercial kitchen space that does not allow unauthorized personnel. If you wish to set up a call or appointment, please email us at info@bitesbk.com.
  • Is there a lead time required for placing an order?
    Yes, while we can occasionally accommodate last-minute orders, we typically require at least a 48-hour lead time on all orders. If you have a last-minute request, please call us at 917-375-1991 instead of placing an order online to see if we can accommodate your request.
  • Do you offer delivery services?
    Yes, all orders are delivery only. We do not allow pickups from our kitchen.
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired items and adding them to your cart. Once you have finished selecting, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order.
  • Do you offer custom menu options?
    Yes, we offer custom menu options to cater to your specific needs and preferences. Please contact us at info@bitesbk.com to discuss your requirements, and we will work with you to create a personalized menu.
  • Do you provide staffing services?
    Yes, we work with a third-party staffing company to ensure all of your professional staffing needs are met. Pricing may vary depending on your needs (i.e., servers vs. kitchen staff). Please contact us for pricing.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept most major credit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
